The seven-story development intended for commercial and retail space will boost the local economy by bringing 140 new full-time jobs and 100 construction jobs to the area. Orterra completed the detailed design and planting plans for the construction which included streetscape design and podium planters. The podium planters intend to soften the architecture, through cascading planting.
